I have a hard time working in groups. Its not that I’ve had a terrible experience in one, I just prefer not having to worry if someone else will come through on their respective part. I’d have an easier time accepting if I wasn’t able to come through with something on my own behalf, rather than someone else letting down the whole group. I suppose at this point in my life, I’m really only worried about being accountable for myself.
